Return & Exchange Policy

At The Dainty Collection, hygiene and our customers' safety is of utmost importance. As a result, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

In the case of a defective item, i.e. an item where there is a manufacturing or design defect, please expedite your concerns to be considered for review at info@thedaintycollection.com.

Defects may include:

  • Missing or loose gemstones: If a piece of jewelry has missing gemstones or if the gemstones are not securely set, it could be considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Faulty clasps or closures: Jewelry items, such as bracelets or necklaces, that have faulty or insecure clasps or closures due to manufacturing errors may be classified as defective.
  • If there are significant material flaws or imperfections that affect the overall appearance or structural integrity of the jewelry, it may be classified as a manufacturing defect.

No cash refund policy: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason. Instead, we may provide alternative compensation, such as an item exchange.
